Return and Refund Policy

  1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?

Unfortunately, We do not issue refunds if the order has already been SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can contact our fulfillment team to cancel your order and refund your money!

 

  1. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MindfulPaints. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your MindfulPaints products, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of receipt. Please review the following details regarding returns
  • Customer can return the product in 30 days after delivery. If the return is initiated after this period, we regret that we cannot process a refund.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product has to be fully functional and undamaged.
  • Also product has to returned to our warehouse in Antalya/Turkey or Budapest/Hungary customer is responsible for the returning shipping fee to our warehouse.
  • When product arrived to our warehouse we will provide you with a full refund for the product cost.
  • If there are defects in the products, please inform us within ONE WEEK of receiving. In that case, we would be happy to help and find solutions for the issue!

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@mindfulpaints.com. Our dedicated team will assist you with the return process and provide further instructions. 

Refund Processing Time: Once your refund request is submitted and processed, you can expect your original payment method to be credited within 1-3 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

  1. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT?

We do offer free exchanges if the item received is a different product than what we have listed. And If you just would like to change product with another product you have to send the product to our warehouse in Istanbul/Turkey and returning shipping cost is your responsibility and once we receive your product we can send the new product with selected design. We do not offer exchanges on items that are sold out or out of stock.
